Winter Term - Week 9

Finals begin a week from today! What’s your game plan? Sometimes it helps to map out a schedule for studying, having meals, taking breaks, and, very importantly, getting enough sleep. There have been many studies showing evidence that getting ample sleep helps the brain consolidate memories and recall information. So don’t skip out on getting those ZZZs!
